Background
The deactivation of Telegram usage since January 23, 2023, because the Telegram system often experiences pending delivery for hours due to high chat traffic, so that message replies cannot be sent properly to partners.

Service Development
Currently, Propana has developed a Telegram bot system that can further facilitate complaints with better reply features. Propana also provides a WA line so that partners can get more comfort and convenience in contacting CS/Admin services.
