1. Open the “Contact Us” menu, then in the “Main Contact” section, select “Contact Us”WhatsApp & Telegram

2. Then you can select the button "WhatsApp" or "Telegram” that you want to use.

1. After clicking the “WhatsApp” button, 3 service menus will appear, please select according to the problem that occurs.

2. If you select the Menu “CS Service/Transaction Problems" then an advanced menu will appear and please select according to the problem that occurs.

3. Fill in all the forms provided and make sure the data and evidence are available and please click "Submit"

4. Make sure all the data is correct and please click "Send Whatsapp Message"

5. Make sure to send a message to the number named “Propana Customer Care” and please wait for our CS to reply to your message.

  1.  After clicking the "Telegram" button, please provide detailed information about the problem that occurred and attach supporting files to speed up the checking of the problem by our team.
