How to login to the propane application by sending validation text on different smartphones?
Here's how to log in to the application with account validation methods on different smartphones:
1. On the login page in the propane reload application on the smartphone you want to log in to. Fill in the Agent ID and registered Mobile Number.
2. Then the account validation page will appear. Click “Copy Validation Text”.
3. Send validation text via old smartphone to WA Center/SMS Center. WhatsApp/SMS with registered cellphone number does not have to be on one cellphone/smartphone. With different cellphones/smartphones, it is also possible, as long as the one used to send validation text is the WhatsApp/SMS number with the registered cellphone number.
4. Wait until you get a reply from the WA/SMS Center.
5. Please check the propane reload application on the smartphone you want to log in to, the application will log in automatically.
Validation Method Login Constraint:
- The registered number and WhatsApp number used to send the validation text are different so the validation process will not be processed.
- The registered number has no credit so sending a validation SMS to the SMS Center cannot be done.
