How to Check and Pay Postpaid Internet Bills on the Propana Application
1. Go to the Transaction menu and select the Bill/PPOB menu
2. Please Select the Postpaid Internet Menu
3. Select the Product Code according to the internet bill you want to pay.
Example:BTEL- Pay Indihome Bills
2. Enter the Customer's Destination Number then click "CONTINUE"
3. Wait for the CHECK process to complete, then Customer Billing Amount will appear
If the customer number/ID has been confirmed to match, click the “CONTINUE PAYMENT” Menu
4. Wait until the transaction process is complete/successful, Indihome bill will be paid
5. After the transaction is successful, please be able to set the receipt and outlet admin as required.
