How to Transfer Balance Across Agents/Other Members in the Propana Application?
Panduan Melakukan Transfer Saldo Lintas ke Agen/Member Lain di Aplikasi Propana
1. Please open the Propane application and log in to “MENU AGEN” kemudian pilih Menu “Transfer Saldo Lintas”
2.Klik Menu “TRANSFER SALDO”
3. Masukkan ID Agen/No HP dan Jumlah Saldo dari Agen/Member lain yang akan dilakukan transfer saldo, jika telah sesuai klik tombol “KIRIM”
NB : Pastikan ID Agen/No HP telah sesuai, kesalahan penginputan dan transfer berhasil bukan tanggung jawab kami
Minimum balance that can be transferred is Rp25,000
5. Wait for the process to complete and transfer the balance to the downline Success then click OK
6. Finished, Transfer Saldo Lintas ke Agen/Member lain Berhasil

1. Please go to the "History" menu then select the "Balance Transfer" menu
2. Select the Transfer transaction you want to send, then select "Print Receipt"
3. Please select Print Receipt directly with the PRINT” or Save PDF” menu, if you want to send the file.
