How to Use the “QRIS Static” Feature in the Propana Application?
If the Static QRIS Submission status is Successful, the Dashboard menu will appear as follows:
Static QRIS Image or Sticker can be downloaded via the "Download Image" menu and for images from the Bank, they can be downloaded via the link Click here
Customers can make payments using an E-Wallet or Bank that has the QRIS Scan feature by entering the nominal price to be paid.
How to Cash Out Incoming Payments or QRIS Balances into Propana Account Balances
1. Click to disburse in the “Menu”Liquidate Balance“
2. Enter the nominal amount of the balance to be disbursed, the QRIS balance can be set to 0 then click "Disburse Balance"
3. A confirmation warning will appear for the balance to be disbursed and click “Confirm”.
4. If the withdrawal is successful, a pop up will appear as follows.
How to Check Static QRIS Balance Mutation History
Balance Mutation History can be checked in the "Your Last Transactions" Menu by clicking the "View all" button.
