How to verify account and menu location in propane application?
Account Verification Menu Location
- Open “Agent Menu”.
- In the “Agent Menu” section, click the “Account Info” menu.
- In the “Account Information” section, click “Account Status”
How to Verify
- Click “Take Photo”
- Take a selfie while holding your ID card. Make sure your face and ID card are clearly visible. Take the photo in bright light.
- After taking a selfie, click “Send Photo”.
- Take a photo of your ID card. The ID card photo must be full/fully visible. Personal data on the ID card photo must be legible/clearly visible.
- After taking a photo of your ID card, click “Send Photo”.
- Next, just wait for verification from our team.
