How to verify account and menu location in propane application?

Account Verification Menu Location

1. Open “Agent Menu”.
2. In the “Agent Menu” section, click the “Account Info” menu.
3. In the “Account Information” section, click “Account Status”

How to Verify

1. Click “Take Photo”
2. Take a selfie while holding your ID card. Make sure your face and ID card are clearly visible. Take the photo in bright light.
3. After taking a selfie, click “Send Photo”.
4. Take a photo of your ID card. The ID card photo must be full/fully visible. Personal data on the ID card photo must be legible/clearly visible.
5. After taking a photo of your ID card, click “Send Photo”.
6. Next, just wait for verification from our team.
